Mytaxi y Hailo, dos empresas europeas de servicios de taxi, se han unido para poder hacerle frente a la llegada de la compañía  Uber, una empresa estadounidense de transporte privado. La empresa, con sede en Hamburgo y que operará bajo la marca Mytaxi, será la mayor empresa del sector en Europa, con 70 millones de pasajeros y 100,000 conductores de taxis registrados en más de 50 ciudades de nueve países.
